One-Way Service Description:

Door-to-Beach only

Leave your condensed gear (or filled cart) outside your door by 7am

Bttr-Fly arrives between 7-9am to transport/set-up your beach items

Bttr-Fly sends a photo of your gear and beach location when complete!
Set-Up/Take-Down Assistance:

Incorporated into all service bookings
-
Includes setting up beach chairs and umbrella placement (unopened in the sand for safety)

For your privacy, Bttr-Fly will not unpack or repack beach bags, towels, coolers, or other personal items at any time
-
Excludes setting up tents, playpens or similar items at this time; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
Cancellation Policy:
Please contact us at least 12 hours in advance of the start of your booked service (eg, by 7pm the prior day) to cancel your Bttr-Fly Service for a full refund.
Cancellation due to Inclement Weather: In the case of inclement weather whereby either (a) Bttr-Fly cancels your service or (b) you decide to cancel your service due to inclement weather, Bttr-Fly will gladly either refund any unused portion of your service or credit your account for any unused portion of your service, at your option. In all other cases, there are no refunds for any unused or otherwise canceled portions of a booked service after 7pm the day before any booked service.

Important Notes:
Bttr-Fly strictly prohibits the inclusion of the following items as part of your transported beach gear: (i) any and all valuables. including but not limited to wallets, purses, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, jewelry or any other items that may be deemed or construed to be valuable; (ii) any and all alcohol, cannabis and cannabis-related items and/or drugs or drug-related items; (iii) any and all weapons, including items that can be deemed or construed to be a weapon of ay kind; and (iv) any and all other illegal or prohibited items, including any potentially harmful or potentially dangerous items illegal items from inclusion in any transported items. Bttr-Fly is not responsible for the contents of transported items, and shall be held harmless should any incident arise. Bttr-Fly is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. By booking your Bttr-Fly Service, you wholly agree to to these statements, Bttr-Fly's Terms & Conditions, Policies & Procedures and COVID Protocols, including your agreement to abide by all local laws and ordinances.
